Turmeric Fresh Tek

Before we cover anything else, we have some exciting news. Initially, we labeled this oil as not KidSafe. However, after a thorough review of this oil, we have determined that it is KidSafe! The constituents in question are at extremely low levels and not a concern for use with children. We apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused.

Turmeric Fresh Tek is a unique essential oil that is obtained through a very innovative, tailor-made version of steam distillation. For starters, it uses fresh rhizomes as opposed to the dried herb that is usually used. The herb is then distilled at a much lower temperature than traditional distillation, for a fraction of the time usually required. This technology also circulates the pulp so the material comes in contact with the heating medium for a very short duration. So instead of the oil losing the fresh top notes due to prolonged heat exposure, Turmeric Fresh Tek retains its beautifully fresh top notes and sweet, spicy aroma.

Because of this special aroma, it adds a unique twist to your fall and winter blends. It’s also wonderful for supporting healthy digestion, helping soothe joints, and assisting with head and neck tension relief. Dilute Turmeric Fresh Tek to 1% for children ages 2-10 or 1-2% for adults in your favorite carrier oil. Massage it onto the area of concern, whether it’s a headache, cramps, or tummy troubles, for relief.

Turmeric Fresh Tek and Holy Basil

Holy Basil

Holy Basil is also commonly known as Tulsi. In addition to being cultivated for the essential oil, it’s also widely used for religious purposes and in traditional medicine. The Tulsi plant has a special place in courtyards across India due to its supposed protective powers. Its unique medicinal and fragrant qualities have earned this sharp, fresh oil the nickname “Elixir of Life”. Tulsi’s essential oil, Holy Basil, is a powerhouse of therapeutic uses.

With a sweet, pungent, clove-like scent with soft balsamic undertones, Holy Basil may help boost vitality, is energizing, and stimulating while enhancing focus, as well as calming to the nerves. Try adding it to a personal inhaler next time you have a big study session, have to balance your budget, or just generally need to focus. This oil is also great for relieving head and neck tension while offering respiratory support. Dilute to a maximum of 1% when applying topically or blend with other great tension-relieving oils.
