This powerful oil is well-known for calming the respiratory and digestive systems and can often provide relief to those who struggle on boats or long car rides. As a traditional “warming” oil, Cardamom is stimulating and uplifting. It can assist with the occasional case of a low mood and is sometimes used to enhance romantic desire.

For adults, dilute to 2-5% for topical application.

5.0 5  Perfect in blends

I got this to blend with Ginger and Peppermint in an inhaler for motion sickness. It seems to have done its' job. 7 drops of cardamom, 5 drops of ginger, and 3 drops of peppermint and we're good to go.

5.0 5  Great!!

I bought this because I heard so many good things and wanted to give it a try. I love the scent of it. Its spicy but sweet at the same time. I made a roller blend with it for my father in law to use for heartburn. He hasn't had a chance to use it yet, but I have high hopes. I also wanted to make an inhaler for my niece and nephew since they suffer with car sickness.

4.0 5  Will buy again

Not giving this a five star as diffused on its own, it's a bit pungent for me. BUT to add a bit of this to room or one of the synergy blend like the Germ Destroyer or one of those lighter blends and it adds an oomph that makes the entire blends smell so lovely. So, yes, this one will be a must have in my collection!

3.0 5  Fair

Its not love, holding onto it it hoping it comes in handy for something. I tend to buy oils for aromatherapy reasons and i just haven't used it yet due my nose not loving it. Maybe if I let it sit for a few months I'll have a second go with it. I need this to be an oil of the week so I can figure what to do with it!

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.
