5.0 5  Cardamom

I purchased this oil for respiratory support. I read it can help your body utilize oxygen more efficiently, and I think it's helping some. It also smells nice and would be great in a blend.

5.0 5  Cardamom

This was an oil that I kept hearing rumors about. Someone mentioned that it was a huge help with allergies, so considering my husband is a huge allergy sufferer, I decided to give it a try!

5.0 5  Smells "just right"!

This oil smells exactly like the cardamom seed pods I use in my chai tea blend! I plan to make chai body butter once I get all the right oils together. (It won't be kidsafe due to the cinnamon and clove, sadly.)

recommend  Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
