How to Use

Each essential oil can be diffused or used with an aromatherapy inhaler. For topical application, please follow the dilution recommendation located on each bottle.

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Diffuse Lavender about a half-hour before going to bed to create a calm, relaxing environment. Add equal parts Lemon and Peppermint to your diffuser for an extra boost in the morning.

Enjoy Pink Grapefruit's stimulating and bright qualities by adding to your shampoo or body wash.

Great for cleaning, try a few drops of Cinnamon Cassia and Lemon in your favorite cleaner to add a boost of all-natural fragrance.

Mix a few drops of Peppermint with a scoop of Epsom salt and dissolve in warm water for a refreshing foot soak. For a peaceful aroma, diffuse equal parts Bergamot, Patchouli, and Sweet Orange.
