How to Use

Each essential oil or blend can be diffused or used with an aromatherapy inhaler. For topical application, please follow the dilution recommendation located on each bottle.

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Mix 1 drop of Germ Fighter with 1 tablespoon of your favorite carrier oil. Massage onto your back or chest, especially at bedtime and again in the morning. Germ Fighter can also be diffused in the air to support a healthy household with its warm, spicy scent.

Mix Immune Aid in a body care base or carrier oil before applying to the chest, neck, and/or throat (use in a 2% dilution). Diffuse into the air to give the atmosphere a boost while you are at home or work.

Diffuse Lavender about a half hour before going to bed to create a calm, relaxing environment.

Add equal parts Lemon and Peppermint to your diffuser for an extra boost in the morning.

Enjoy Sweet Orange's stimulating and bright qualities by adding to your shampoo or body wash. Great for cleaning, try a few drops in your favorite cleaner to add a boost of all-natural fragrance.

Mix a few drops of Peppermint with a scoop of Epsom salt and dissolve in warm water for a refreshing foot soak.
