Hi Friends! Wow, 14 years of celebrating YOU! I am so excited to kick off our July Customer Appreciation Month (which we affectionately call “jay-cam” around here), where it is all about showing you, our friends and family, how much we love and appreciate you!
I am naturally a pretty nostalgic person, but the older I get, and the more Plant Therapy is able to further our mission of positively impacting people’s lives, the more I am overcome with gratitude for this journey we are all on. I am grateful for the challenges, opportunities, friendships, heartache, and joy that I get to experience. I am grateful for all of the team members I get to work with who are passionately working towards our mission and are relentlessly focused on making sure that you have a positive customer experience. I am grateful for our growers, distillers, and others who help provide a product we can stand behind and be proud to sell. But mostly I am grateful for you. I know you have many options when it comes to buying your essential oils, so thank you for trusting us with your business. We don’t take that for granted! And thank you for being kind and providing honest feedback; we are always listening, learning, and trying to improve.
