Vein-Aid does what the description says it does in that it warms the areas you put it on. It has a strange odor that is not enjoyable to me. However, I am currently using it and it is clear up my congestion as well, so I would recommend it.

My father has extreme varicose veins; they stick out and cause him to itch and then he gets infections. I decided to skip on the roll-on or diluting it myself into a roll-on because of his veins sticking out so much that it may be an issue. Instead I made him a lotion with Shea butter, Cocoa butter, Olive oil, Palm kernel oil, Allantoin, Aloe powder, Silk peptides, and Vitamin E oil (as well as a preservative). After it was cooled, I added 2% Vein-Aide Synergy to it. He has used it every night for the past 4 months, and he still has some varicose veins, they do not stick out from his skin. My mother had said he had "night crawler veins" before as they stuck out from his skin so much. Since using the cream he hasn't had to go to the doctor for an antibiotic because he's itched himself into a skin infection. I will continue to buy this to make him lotion or maybe dilute in it fractionated coconut oil and jojoba oil now that he doesn't have to navigate his veins sticking out. I'm even being accosted to make some for his friend the next batch I make because it works so well. It does have a very strong pine-y, forest like smell, and he says that it has a warming feel similar to icy hot, but it works well so he has no complaints.

I can't say it's worked, but I also am not using it everyday. But it sure does make your legs feel stimulated. Nice way to wake up the body after a shower in the morning.

Now on my fourth roll on, and do believe that the veins in my legs are no where near now as prominent as they used to be. (Only wish each roll on lasted longer, LOL!) Thank you!
