This beautiful blend has a fruity, floral scent that brings about a sense of warmth and comfort.
The essential oils chosen for this blend help to calm the mind, while promoting a happy outlook, and encouraging rest and relaxation. Differing from our KidSafe Nighty Night, Sweet Dreams was specifically created to help relax the mind so there are no more bad dreams or night monsters.
Add 3 drops to two tablespoons of unscented bubble bath and add to a warm, nighttime bath. You can also diffuse this blend during the night. We recommend diffusing 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off if diffusing all night. To create a DIY No More Monsters Spray, measure out 1.5 ounces of water and 0.5 ounces of Everclear in to separate measuring cups. Mix 54 drops of Sweet Dreams into the Everclear and then add the water in slowly. Pour into an empty spray bottle. To use, spray lightly onto linens and allow it to dry. Kick back, relax, and enjoy a peaceful night of uninterrupted sleep!
*Note* Everclear is used in this recipe to allow the essential oils to emulsify properly and to help with preservation. If you do not want to use Everclear, an emulsifier and preservative would be necessary. Allow linens to dry before bedtime. Keep out of reach of children.
