Cautions:

To avoid possible adverse skin reactions, we recommend a maximum dilution of 1.7% for topical applications.

Spearmint is a child safe oil from the same family as peppermint. When diluted in carrier and applied to the abdomen, it can help relieve a queasy stomach and bloating. When diffused, Spearmint is uplifting, reduces emotional agitation, improves concentration, and eases physical tension in the head and neck.
To help energize the body and mind, add 4 drops of Spearmint Essential Oil to an ounce of bubble bath. Add this mix to 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and swirl into a lovely warm bath. To relieve a queasy stomach and bloating, add 2 drops of Spearmint Essential Oil and 1 drop of Coriander Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to the abdomen. Spearmint can also be added to a personal aromatherapy inhaler to ease a queasy stomach.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Our new favorite oil!

We love diffusing this oil in our home. It's calming and yet invigorating as well. I never would have ordered it, but as an add-on feature, I thought, "Why not?!" I'm so happy I did! It's wonderful by itself or mixed with grapefruit or lemon or peppermint. I even added it to my homemade handsoap mix.

4.0 5  Strong, minty scent

This is a very strong scented oil. One drop is the most I use a once. It smells good spearmint gum from when you was a kid.

5.0 5  Great for sinuses

I’ve been using this as an alternative to peppermint because it’s kid safe, and it’s been wonderful for clearing up my sinuses and nasal cavities during colds and seasonal allergies. Will definitely keep it on hand all the time!

I bought this organic spearmint to make room spray. I blend it with peppermint, sweet orange, and ylang ylang. Works very well.

5.0 5  Definitely favorite one :)

Spearmint can be way too strong for me, but Plant Therapy's spearmint oil is potent AND smells wonderful. Highly recommended!
