How to Use

Diffuse at night 30 minutes prior to going to bed or use one drop on a cotton ball or tissue placed near the headboard of your bed. Dilute to 3% with your favorite carrier oil and massage onto the soles of the feet. Sleep Aid can also be used in your evening bath by adding 3-4 drops to 1 tablespoon of unscented body wash or shampoo.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime.
Topical: Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.
