A wonderful support to the immune system, Ravensara Essential Oil is especially helpful during times of seasonal illness. Diffuse Ravensara or make a personal inhaler to carry on the bus or plane during winter time; or make an air spray with it for times immune support is needed in your household. Diluted in carrier oil, Ravensara essential oil also helps with occasional skin eruptions on the lips.
Add 8 drops of Ravensara to an inhaler wick along with 4 drops of rosalina for use on planes or busses when traveling during the winter season. Put one drop of ravensara in 1 teaspoon of carrier to apply to an eruption on the lips that people get from time to time.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.
