The grounding and floral aroma of Relax is a great way to let go of daily stress and enjoy a tranquil atmosphere after a long day. Sleep Tight offers the sweet floral scents of Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Neroli, along with soothing Hops and uplifting Mandarin, to encourage a peaceful state of mind and deep, quality sleep. With Unwind you’ll enjoy a calming medley of Bergamot, Ho Wood, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Myrrh, and more that will comfort your mind and body to help lull you into a night of rest and rejuvenation!

Each blend is great to diffuse and fill your room with a soothing scent to help calm nervous tension and put your mind at ease. For a more subtle experience, add a couple of drops of your favorite blend onto a cotton round and place near your bedside to gently inhale the aroma while falling asleep. Each blend can also be diluted in a carrier oil or lotion and massaged onto your skin to support relaxation. For an extra relaxing bath, add about 20 drops to an ounce of carrier oil, castile soap, or unscented body wash to a half cup of Epsom salt and add to warm water. Now just sit back, relax, and prepare to sleep easy!

How to Use

Relax: Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.

Sleep Tight: Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water at bedtime. Topical - Dilute to 2-3% in a carrier.

Unwind: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier.

Cautions:: Dilute Unwind to a maximum of 3% for topical applications. Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. External use only.

Q&A

Why don't you make Unwind available separately? I have tried many of your sleep blends but nearly all contain Lavender which gives me a headache, making the blend unhelpful. You finally have one that may work for me but I can only get it if I buy 2 that I cant use. Why is this?: That is a wonderful question! We would recommend keeping an eye out for more Unwind Blends 😉💚😄
