"My first order, I received an unsealed bottle of Neroli 2. 5ml that appeared to be underfilled, less than 3/4 full, though there was no evidence of spillage in the package. I called customer service and they confirmed that was the appropriate amount, it wasn’t supposed to be completely full. However, because it was unsealed, they offered to sent me a new bottle for my own comfort and peace of mind. I am very happy with the customer service I received, as well as all the products! I ordered Love Vanilla, Buchu, Neroli, Rose Absolute, Energy, Balance, Be Confident, Self Esteem and received a free skincare set with my order.
