Pine Scots is particularly known for its ability to help support a healthy respiratory tract. When added to a carrier oil, it is warming and soothing to tired muscles and can help support circulation. It is gentle enough to use in children ages 2-10. Added to cleaning products or to potpourri, it brings the fresh scent of the forest into your home.
Diffuse Pine Scots or dilute with carrier oil (3 drops Pine Scots to a teaspoon of carrier oil) and apply to the chest to ease congested breathing commonly seen in seasonal illness. Add 6 drops of Pine Scots to 2 teaspoons of carrier oil and massage away muscle soreness from overwork.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

After doing some research on "Pure Pine Spirits" (turpentine) I decided to give this a try. I've been diffusing this a few times a week and I do believe it has helped my kidneys. I don't have kidney disease or stones, but my kidney's have been compromised due to mercury poisoning and I think this has helped me.

Pine has quickly become my go-to for coughs and congestion when my kids have a cold. I add it with lavender, orange or lemon, and patchouli for a germ-fighting blend that is kid-safe. It also is nice to diffuse around the holidays. Love this oil!

Works great

I bought this product for use in a bug repelling floor cleaner. It was blended with others oils and ingredients. Smelled great. Will have to wait and see if bugs stay away.

Love it

I lov this oil. First of all it reminds me of our trips to the woods when I was a kid. So just a thought of it makes me feel good and relaxed. Second, it smells divine. And most of all it's my first remedy when allergies strike. My 3-year-old son hsd a hard time when tree pollen was high. I defused every night and he was able to get a decent night of sleep. And not sure if I mentioned that but it smells wonderful:)
