Pine Scots is particularly known for its ability to help support a healthy respiratory tract. When added to a carrier oil, it is warming and soothing to tired muscles and can help support circulation. It is gentle enough to use in children ages 2-10. Added to cleaning products or to potpourri, it brings the fresh scent of the forest into your home.
Diffuse Pine Scots or dilute with carrier oil (3 drops Pine Scots to a teaspoon of carrier oil) and apply to the chest to ease congested breathing commonly seen in seasonal illness. Add 6 drops of Pine Scots to 2 teaspoons of carrier oil and massage away muscle soreness from overwork.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Memories

My dad always liked to get a Scotch Pine Christmas Tree every few years so when I read the name of this oil it immediately brought back those memories. I have diffused it and was delighted that the scent was also memorable. I look forward to exploring its medicinal qualities.

5.0 5  Must have

This is a oil at a great price. It's strong but not overpowering like some of the other companies pine. I use this all the time, it blends so well with so many different oils.

5.0 5  Pine is fine

I was able to buy this oil during one of the 25 DOC sales, and I am so glad I did. Great pine aroma with a hint of sweetness that I love. Great for respiratory and achy muscles. Refreshing and soothing. Perfect for a salve that I make for myself.
