None known.

Patchouli became famous during the 1960s in the United States as a favorite scent of young counter-culture people, but it has been used as a scent in Asia for centuries. It is best known for its skin care applications. When added to a carrier oil, it can help with the appearance of skin wrinkles, scars, and skin blemishes and it’s a wonderful addition to a man’s deodorant formula. When diffused, Patchouli can help alleviate nervous tension and worry and is a soothing oil to diffuse during meditation.
Focus your mind during meditation by diffusing 1 drop of patchouli with 1 drop of sweet basil. Patchouli is very useful as part of a blend to combat shoe and foot odor. Fill an old tube sock with baking soda; add lemon and patchouli oils to baking soda and tuck sock into the shoe; leave for 12-24 hrs.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Lovely!

This oil is so strong and woody.\n I wasn\'t sure about getting it because when I think of patchouli, I always remember the hippie stores in the mall from the 90s and how overpowering the scent was when I walked past. But, I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious this oil smells on its own. Not old hippie smell at all!\nMy favorite way to diffuse so far is with lavender and peppermint eo.\nA little goes a long way since it is powerful. I can see myself using this oil in a ton of blends in the future.

5.0 5  So glad we tried it!

My husband wanted this, and I really didn\'t think I\'d like it. I was surprised, though, at how pleasant the scent was! We\'ve blended it with bergamot, clove, and vetiver in the diffuser, and it smelled SO GOOD! We also blended it with cedarwood and cypress to make a beard oil for my husband. He loves it, and I really enjoy diffusing it! I\'m so glad he insisted on getting it, and I really think Plant Therapy\'s smells better than any other I\'ve ever smelled!
