Palmarosa has a soft, sweet floral scent and is often diffused to freshen up and sanitize the air. It is also considered to be an excellent skin-balancing oil for all skin types, much like Neroli essential oil. It is a marvelous oil for supporting digestive health.

Palmarosa is also viewed as helpful in uplifting and steadying the emotions. Palmarosa is also a wonderful oil to consider pulling out of the oil box when seasonal illness strikes.
Diffuse Palmarosa oil during times of seasonal illness. Add a drop of Palmarosa to your favorite skin moisturizer or body lotion for skin balancing and toning action. Add 2-3 drops of Palmarosa to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage the abdomen in a clockwise motion to ease uncomfortable symptoms.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  different scent

This oil is very different scent but I like it and will be trying out on diffuser and topical applications.

5.0 5  Multi purpose

It\'s a useful oil. I diffuse this to freshen up my room. It\'s also useful to sooth itchy skin from bug bites. Be careful if you were to blend it though. Somehow, palmarosa end up being the dominant scent...\nBy the way, I think it smells a tad lemony. Like a softer version of lemongrass but much more gentle to the skin.

4.0 5  Not my fave scent, but...

Out of the 40 different oils I\'ve purchased from PT, I\'d have to say palmarosa is my least favorite as far as scent goes. I noticed that it\'s in several of my kidsafe synergies, so I wanted to try it for myself in a facial blend I\'m concocting. I have super sensitive skin as well as rosacea, so I\'m hoping this can help calm things. I likely won\'t ever use this alone bc of the strong scent, but I\'m looking forward to using it in blends.

recommend  Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

5.0 5  Delicious

I adore Palmarosa. Not only for its therapeutic properties, but also for its scent. It has a nice, rose after-scent that lingers.
