Niaouli, also in the same family as Tea Tree and Cajeput oils, has a variety of uses. It is best known for respiratory support, especially during seasonal pollen threats. It is also useful in skin care, especially in the case of blemishes or in minor scratches or scrapes. Niaouli can also be an adjunct when added to a blend for the aches and pains associated with aging.
To help support healthy joints, Niaouli can be added to a carrier oil and smoothed over the affected area. Niaouli is also effective in resolving skin problems such as teenage blemishes and the occasional minor cooking burn. Diffuse into the air or use in an inhaler to help with symptoms caused by seasonal pollen or illness threats.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Clearing

This oil smells very similar to eucalyptus globulus. I have used it in a congestion blend and was happy with the results. I hope to use it in a skin blend next.

5.0 5  Little known over all very useful oil!

After about 8 months of having this in my collection, I've been using it a lot the last 2 months. It's been very helpful with pollen ,sinusitis and overall allergies in general. It's even helping with my eczema! I have a large dresser drawer full of plant therapy, so it says something that this oil has been a "go to" lately. I'll definitely be ordering more soon because now my 30ml is almost gone. That's how useful it's been in 2 months time of finding it use!
