Myrrh is familiar to many as one of the traditional resinous gifts mentioned in the Bible. Its amber scent creates a warm, calming environment. Myrrh is often used during meditation to create a relaxing and uplifting atmosphere. When diffused, Myrrh can help relieve nervous tension and bring about feelings of strength. It is also wonderful for helping mature skin issues such as redness and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and scars when added to a carrier oil or lotion. In an oral blend, a Myrrh gargle or mouth rinse can help support gum health.
To ease worry and tension, add 4 drops of Palo Santo, 2 drops of Frankincense Carteri, 2 drops of Myrrh, 1 drop of Mandarin, and 1 drop of Neroli to your diffuser or personal inhaler. This synergy will help ease your troubled thoughts, leaving you feeling uplifted and calm.

I purchased this oil because of the benefits for the skin and overall health benefits but I did not like the smell. Im not sure if I got a defective one or it is suppose to smell like plastic.

5.0 5  Nice earthy clean smell.

Started using this in my homemade facial oil , cream mix. The smell heels with my anxiety and depression. I use a mixture of Sea - Buckhorne cream, Aryan oil, avocado oil and moringa oil. Than I add organic lavender oil, Frankincense ( seretta) , neroli, and now myrrh. It\'s quite a diffent mixture but I love It. I tried carrot seed oil but something about the smell gave me a headache every time I used It. Excellent for moisturizing though. This has a faint leather smell to me personally with a clean smell. Can\'t explain what the clean part is though. I swear my age spots have lightened. My face is super soft and smooth. I have ROSACEA and this mix before the myrrh has made it disappear. Haven\'t seen any in years.
