My husband and I use Muscle Aid dilution with refined coconut oil everyday for sore shoulders, neck and back. It is really effective at making aches subside and works in less than 5 minutes. My husband is very happy with this product since he does not like taking pain medications - and now he rarely needs to. I use on sore muscles from sitting at the computer all day. Highly recommend.

I bought the pre-diluted roll-on to throw in my bag for a trip. I have chronic pain from an old injury and like to have something, anything, for a flare up. I love camphor but have sensitive skin and can't use most products that have it. I didn't have any adverse reaction to this synergy and it did ease my discomfort for my neck and shoulder pain! I rolled/sprained my ankle the same week, Muscle-Aid helped with the swelling, pain and discoloration! If that isn't already worth keeping this synergy in my bag, my husband recently had a terrible respiratory flu virus. My Muscle-Aid was handy since it hadn't left my side the last two weeks, I grabbed it and applied it to the soles of his feet, spine and chest. He said it really made a difference in how he felt. (103 fever, coughing, chills) My (now) four bottles I'll never be without are Tea Tree, Lavender, Frankincense and Muscle Aid.

I didn't really think this would work, to be honest. It came in a kit I ordered and I probably wouldn't have initially purchased it on its own otherwise. I put this on my sore post-workout legs and it actually worked! I definitely recommend it to anyone who gets sore after working out or experiences muscle pain. I diluted it to 5% (recommended dilution on bottle) by putting 15 drops into 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a glass jar (1 tablespoon is ~15 mL, so 10 drops for a 10 mL roller bottle would also work).

Bought the roll-on and used it after shoveling our driveway after the first decent snow fall. I applied it on my lower back and massaged in with my knuckles. Worked almost instantly. Would highly recommend if you don't want to be taking pain reliever all the time. Thanks PT for offering affordable products that work amazing : )
