Cautions:

To avoid the risk of various safety issues, we recommend a maximum dilution of 0.7% for topical applications. Possible drug interactions.

Lemongrass is known as being a helpful addition to outdoor sprays. It is refreshing and deodorizing when diffused, as well as being uplifting to the spirit. It can also be added, well-diluted, to a carrier oil to boost circulation, bringing warmth to overused muscles and joints.
Lemongrass contains citral, a powerful skin sensitizer, so it is very important to use Lemongrass in proper dilution. In proper dilution, it is wonderful for the aches and pains associated with aging. Try 2 drops of Lemongrass in two teaspoons (10 ml) of carrier oil along with 2 drops of Lavender or Marjoram for a soothing muscle rub.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5.0 5  Never Without It

I am never without Lemongrass in my house. I diffuse it always, I also use it with Tea tree Oil on an age spot that I have and it with the Tea Tree Oil had removed almost all of the spot ...in about 8-9 months. I love the freshness of Lemongrass, the mood it puts me in while it is diffusing. Highly recommend this and my little Schnauzer has no side effects from it.

3.0 5  It's an average lemongrass

As far as aroma goes, I will have to keep hunting for the lemongrass scent I get while pounding it out for cooking. I have yet to encounter a lemongrass EO that captures that scent; maybe a CO2 extraction...dunno works for ginger :) That said, it helps ease muscle pain with the blend I use & smells nice with ylang ylang for a shower spray, though I still prefer May Chang. I think I will just give up on lemongrass for now, and enjoy it culinarily rather than oily.\n

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.
