Ho Wood Product Template Sheet

Ho Wood Oil is steam distilled from the bark and wood of the ho tree. This oil is extremely high in calming linalool and is excellent for promoting a peaceful and relaxing environment. Ho Wood has a woody, floral, and camphorous scent. Its aroma and properties are very similar to Rosewood Oil, which as a threatened species, should be avoided. The camphor content in Ho Wood Oil results in a cooling feeling when used topically.
Blend Ho Wood with Lavender Oil and diffuse to promote deep relaxation. For an uplifting yet comforting atmosphere, blend Ho Wood Oil with a citrus oil such as Bergamot or Grapefruit. For topical use, dilute with a carrier oil and apply to red, itchy areas.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

I broke the Internet reading everything possible about Ho Wood before I used it. I found that it was to be very relaxing when used with Lavender. I mixed several drops of lavender with the same of Ho Wood on. 10 ml bottle and added 2 droppers fills of camellia seed oil. I then rubbed a drop along my forehead as I had a headache, a drop on my temples, behind each ear and the back of my neck. My headache went away and I was so relaxed! Much more so than when I use lavender alone. I would absolutely recommend Ho Wood. It has a multitude of uses that I am eager to find new recipes for. You won't regret trying this this wonderful versatile essential oil.

Blends well with Lavender

This blends well with lavender in the diffuser for a nice relaxing scent. I'm interested to blend it with other oils, too, but haven't done so yet.
