When combined with soothing Epsom salts, it’s a great DIY to keep on hand during the winter season to help ease sore muscles and promote easy breathing. So go run yourself a hot bath and add in this Epsom Salt Soak DIY to help you unwind after a hectic day, not to mention set a festive atmosphere.

Winter Wreath Epsom Salt Soak DIY

What you’ll need:

  • 1 ½ cup Epsom salt
  • ¼ cup baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp unscented body wash
  • 16 drops Winter Wreath

What you’ll do:

  • Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix body wash and essential oils in a separate bowl.
  • Blend dry and wet ingredients together, mixing well.
  • Store in an airtight container.
