How to Use

Diffuse into the air using your favorite diffuser or add a few drops in a carrier oil to a warm bath to help with tension. Organic Peppermint is great added to unscented lotion or carrier oil for a massage or pedicure.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.

Is this oil safe to ingest?

However, the International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally therapeutically or ingested unless under the supervision of a medical doctor who is also qualified in Clinical Aromatherapy.
