How to Use

Each essential oil can be diffused or used with an aromatherapy inhaler. For topical application, please follow the dilution recommendation located on each bottle.

Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Enjoy Sweet Orange's stimulating and bright qualities by adding to your shampoo or body wash. Great for cleaning, try a few drops in your favorite cleaner to add a boost of all-natural fragrance.

Mix a few drops of Peppermint with a scoop of Epsom salt and dissolve in warm water for a refreshing foot soak.

Diffuse Lavender about a half hour before going to bed to create a calm, relaxing environment.
