"I can only review the Sleep Better because I purchased it separately in the past (unfortunatey, can't buy it separately now for some reason). The Sleep Better really works to help with a restful sleep. It didn't work immediately, but after a week or so of consistent use, I was feeling the good effects of the better sleep I was getting. PLANT THERAPY: Please sell as a stand-alone product again! I don't understand only selling it in a bundle when the other two tinctures are sold separately (hence the 4 and not 5 stars)."
