How to Use

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 0.7% in a carrier oil.

Lime can cause photosensitivity. To avoid this, we recommend a dilution no higher than 0.7%.
