"My skin feels so soft! It's a balm, so it will seem thick, of course. Let it warm in your fingertips as you gently rub it on your face. I rub it the same way as if I'm washing. I then took a warm, wet paper towel and wiped it off. I was shocked it took all my makeup off, including mascara. My skin feels amazing. I love this product!
