How to Use

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 0.4% in a carrier.

Large amounts of Dalmatian Sage can be neurotoxic. We recommend a maximum dilution of 0.4% for topical applications. Must NOT be used while pregnant or nursing.

Great product but not my fave scent

"I wasn’t a huge fan of this. I prefer clary sage but they have different therapeutic properties. But just based on smell this is has a hint of mint and is less woodsy and herbaceous as clary sage. If you want to use it for therapeutic purposes, the smell isn’t so important but I use mine to uplift my mood and help me feel focused. For that I’ll stick with clary."
