How to Use

Use Ache Away and Rapid Relief topically by diluting in a carrier oil or unscented cream and massaging it into the areas of concern. Tension Relief can also be diluted and applied topically to the temples, wrists, and neck, or simply inhaled to enjoy its alleviating characteristics.

Ache Away: Topical - Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.

Rapid Relief: Topical - Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.

Tension Relief: Aromatic - Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler. Topical - Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.

Cautions:: Dilute Rapid Relief to a maximum of 5% for topical applications. Harmful if swallowed. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. External use only.
