How to Use

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.

"I use Plant Therapy Rosemary oil every day in one way or another. I buy it in bulk so I save money. I breathe the fragrance in deeply for mental stimulation and clarity. I also use it on my scalp to help restore hair loss and have noticed I have hair growing in again since I started doing this. I have some patches of hair loss and spritz rosemary and rice water on those patches. I have also put some in my shampoo for overall follicle stimulation and scalp cleansing. I plan on making my own shampoo bars and putting the rosemary oil in that. It has a very nice fragrance, and I have never noticed any skin irritation after using it. I will continue to use PT rosemary for the exceptional quality, great price, and for the convenience of buying in bulk."
