How to Use

Diffuse into the air, add a few drops in a carrier oil to a warm bath, put a drop or two on a cotton pad next to your pillow, or add to unscented lotion or carrier oil to help with sleeplessness.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.

This lining prevents the oil from coming into direct contact with the aluminum, helping maintain the quality and safety of the oil during typical shipping and handling times. However, for long-term storage, especially if you're not planning to use the oil right away, we recommend transferring it to a clean, dark glass bottle or a high-quality stainless steel container (304 or 316 grade). "I've ordered this product several times previously, and it has a wonderful fragrance and is a great value. I used to buy the small bottles but now I buy it in bulk. When I was working nights, I diffused PT lavender for relaxation. Research shows lavender can be used for hair growth similar to Minoxidil. It has been shown to increase the number and depth of follicles and increase growth. I am going to add it to my hair care products. I've put it on my wool dryer balls for a nice scent for clothing. I also put it on my sheets when I change the bed. The fragrance lasts until my next bed change."
