The fragrance is equally relaxing to dab on your wrists before bed or uplifting as a perfume throughout the day. The only thing about these are they aren't too strong so the scent doesn't last long on the skin. It helps if you rub a little on the inside of your clothes but otherwise, if you want the fragrance to last you must reapply throughout the day."
