How to Use

Use Ache Away topically by diluting in a carrier oil or unscented cream and massaging it into the areas of concern. For all-over aches, try combining Jojoba, Grapeseed, and Tamanu carrier oils with 3% Ache Away to make your own muscle massage oil. If a relaxing bath is more tempting, add about 15 drops of Ache Away to 1 tablespoon of unscented body wash or a carrier oil and a half cup of Epsom salt for a soak that will soothe and calm muscles.

Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.

Smells strongly of patchouli

"I wish these blends were better described in the listing. I cannot stand the smell of patchouli and that is all that you can smell in this “blend. ” I would imagine it comes from the frankincense? It is so potent that it made me dizzy when I put one drop on my wrist to test it out. I don’t smell any of the sweet marjoram, copaiba, lavender, or spruce. Very disappointed, would send it back if I had the option."
