Here are a few ideas to get you started:

Put a few drops of Relax into a palm-full of organic unscented lotion, massage into your feet and legs, and then lie back and relax.

Add a few drops of Rapid Relief to your favorite carrier oil or Aloe Vera Jelly and apply to the area of concern. Blend with massage oils, lotions, liniment, or compresses to reduce the perception of pain by creating heat and increasing circulation.

Mix Immune Aid into a lotion carrier oil at a 2% dilution and gently massage on to the chest, neck, or tops of feet. Diffuse into the air to give your mind and body the boost it needs.

Place a few drops of Energy in a diffuser to promote a lively atmosphere at home. Use at a 3-5% dilution in a lotion or carrier oil for an invigorating and uplifting massage.
