Discolored after one season

"Disappointed by this little diffuser - gave it two stars for the half a season it looked darling in my bathroom. I pulled it out today to put it back in, only to find that everywhere I put EO on it last year has now turned an ugly tan/yellow - and I only use plant therapy oils, so one of the holiday scents must have some orange in it? It is now grossly discolored and I won't be using it anywhere there's any light. . . so it was good for a season. I have no idea how I could have prevented this from happening (outside of not using it as a diffuser??) Really bummed."

"I knew when I ordered it that the scent wouldn't be strong with this kind of diffuser but a part of me was still a little disappointed. The scent lasts a few hours after it is applied. I needed something that wouldn't be giving off a mist so this is just what I needed. It makes a nice decorative accent and it doesn't look real Christmasy which is nice.
