International Shipping
We ship worldwide! The estimated international shipping time is 7-21 business days.

- Canada We no longer offer free shipping to Canada. All shipments are shipped Duties, Customs, & Taxes paid.
- United KingdomAll shipments are shipped Duties, Customs, & Taxes paid.
- Brazil unfortunately we have suspended future shipments to Brazil, at this time.
- Russia we have suspended shipments to Russia.
Bulk Shipping Policy
Typically ships within 4 days. Please note there may be an extra carrier fee charge for bulk items. If applicable, this fee will be automatically applied at checkout.
** PLEASE NOTE: Free international shipping excludes our bulk category and all single items that have a shipping weight over 4.4 LBS. Plant Therapy will choose the shipping method for international shipments that qualify for free shipping.
Return Policy

purchase, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 90 days of purchase. Has it been more than 90
days? Don't worry, we are still happy to credit your account with the amount of return.

Bulk Return Policy
Please note that Bulk orders are not eligible for additional promotions and can not be combined with
other discounts. Please note that Bulk orders are not eligible for returns, replacements, exchanges or
refunds. If for any reason you feel that there is a quality issue with your bulk oil then please notify
the wholesale team within 10 days of delivery and send a small sample back for testing.
Non-defective or damaged approved bulk returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied
