Reduced severity/duration of lung inflammation?!
"I can't prove it, but I think this blend helped reduce the severity and duration of an illness involving lung inflammation for me! Once a year or so, I come down with an infection that causes inflammation in the lining of my lungs and chest. It's painful and causes shortness of breath, which is very distressing. Whenever I feel it coming on, it starts very subtly but uncomfortable and then, overnight, intensifies to a very disruptive and incapacitating level, then clears up after about 4 days of rest. This time, I happened to have Defender in the house, so I diffused it as soon as I felt the symptoms start. I'm happy to say the pain never intensified! It stayed very minimal and has almost completely dissipated 3 days later. I also was experiencing extra fatigue, which seemed to go away after diffusing Defender that first day too. I've continued diffusing Defender each day to support my healing. This has never happened before, so I can only assume it's because of Defender. I'll be keeping this stuff on hand. It also happens to smell bright, uplifting, and lovely!"
