"This is one of my go-to blends. I really like the bright, sweet scent. It has an immediate cooling effect when I use it on tense muscles. Can relieve my tension headaches immediately. I recently created a rollerball applicator of this diluted to roll on my jaw muscles at night to see if it will help with clinching and grinding. I was using a bite guard, but it began shifting my teeth. I do think this blend has helped some, though I have not completely stopped either. I do not wake up with sore jaws as I previously did. I have noticed enough of an improvement that I will continue nightly use and hope it eventually completely stops."
