"I started out putting this lotion on the bottoms of my feet at bedtime. It helped me to fall asleep quicker. Months later, I started putting it on my legs also. It helped calm my legs when they felt restless. Im sleeping so much better now. I use this lotion "most" nights. I really notice a difference on the nights that I use it.
