How to Use

The essential oils in this blend will encourage alertness and energy. Great for work or at home. Diffuse using your favorite diffuser or mix with unscented lotion or carrier oil for an invigorating massage.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 2% in a carrier.
