Like our Cedarwood Atlas, Cedarwood Himalayan has excellent properties in supporting and maintaining a healthy respiratory system, especially during those (seemingly) never-ending winter months! Added to skin care products, it can help balance oily skin, and it is a wonderful oil to diffuse for emotional support.
Diffuse Cedarwood Himalayan along with a couple of drops of Lavender, Eucalyptus, Roman Chamomile, or Rosalina.

Place a couple of drops of Cedarwood Himalayan into witch hazel, shake well, and drop onto cotton balls or pads to use as a facial toner.

For topical use in skin care products, dilute at 1%.

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5.0 5  Great for avoiding bugs

I put this as in ingredient in my homemade sunscreen. Then it turns the sunscreen into also a bug repellent. This works very well for my family as a bug repellent.

5.0 5  Great!

I love the woody, cedar scent. I used this in a room spray with sage and I am in love! So fresh and airy. Really makes the room feel clean. I plan to use this in a beard oil blend for my husband, as he really likes the smell as well. I have yet to use it in skin care.

3.0 5  Good quality, but not a fan

The quality of this oil is great but I am not a fan of the aroma. I don't ever use it as I struggle to hide the smell even when used with other oils in blends. I accidentally bought 2 bottles and both are going to waste unfortunately.

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.

5.0 5  Comforting

There is something comforting about the sweet, woody scent of this cedarwood. I made a cough blend with cedarwood, lavender and orange, but I find myself just using it for the wonderful smell.

recommend  Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
