Like our Cedarwood Atlas, Cedarwood Himalayan has excellent properties in supporting and maintaining a healthy respiratory system, especially during those (seemingly) never-ending winter months! Added to skin care products, it can help balance oily skin, and it is a wonderful oil to diffuse for emotional support.
Diffuse Cedarwood Himalayan along with a couple of drops of Lavender, Eucalyptus, Roman Chamomile, or Rosalina.

Place a couple of drops of Cedarwood Himalayan into witch hazel, shake well, and drop onto cotton balls or pads to use as a facial toner.

For topical use in skin care products, dilute at 1%.

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Bottles are filled by volume. Some bottle sizes may not be filled to the top, but do contain the volume of oil specified.

4.0 5  Sleep aid

I don't like the smell of this so I couldn't quite go with 5 stars. But I have used it the past 3 nights in a diffuser prior to falling asleep and it has kept me sleeping through the night for the first time in months!

5.0 5  Love this

Normally, I'm allergic to cedar as it's blooming. However, this oil does NOT give me any issues what so ever. Love it!

2.0 5  Smells like urine

I might have to try a different kind of cedarwood. This was not what I expected at all. Very similar to the smell of pee. Luckily this one was cheaper, so it wasn't a huge loss. I might order atlas instead!

recommend  No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend.
