How to Use Tinctures: 6 Recipes to Try All Year Round

Welcome to our cozy corner, where food, flavor, and wellness intertwine, creating endless delicious possibilities! If you're ready to pack a punch of health benefits into your favorite foods and drinks, look no further than our Organic Herbal Tinctures. Think of them as your kitchen’s secret weapon – just a couple dropperfuls can turn your usual recipes into something extraordinary, delivering the wholesome goodness of nature’s bounty in a simple, easy, and natural way. So, pull up a chair, grab your apron, and let’s get mixing and mingling with Herbal Tinctures, making your food and drinks not just a feast for the taste buds, but a treat brimming with all the benefits these amazing herbs have to offer.

Before picking your next recipe, let’s go over some basic tincture housekeeping. First and foremost, Herbal Tinctures should not be exposed to high heat. So that means no adding to boiling water or baking in the oven. Why? Because the heat can damage the properties of the tincture, giving your body less of the herb’s potent characteristics. However, they can be added to warm foods and beverages, like into a tea cooled to drinking temperature.

Next, keep in mind that our serving size for our Herbal Tinctures is two dropperfuls. So when creating your own recipes, remember to increase the amount added into the recipe if it is larger. And one of the easiest, quickest ways to enjoy? Simply add it to a small glass of juice and you’re ready to go!
