Organic Black Pepper Product Template Sheet

Organic Black Pepper has a dry, fresh, woodsy scent with a hint of floral. This warm, mild scent will remind you of fresh, ground peppercorns. The scent can be strong on its own, but can be toned down by adding it to a blend or diffusing with other oils it blends well with such as Bergamot, Frankincense, and Rosemary. Organic Black Pepper is a favorite to use on aching joints or muscles after exercise or from normal wear and tear. It is another oil that works well when digestive upset such as queasiness, bloating, or discomfort arise.
Dilute using a 3-5% ratio with your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil to create a massage blend for aching joints and muscles. Apply topically in circular motions on the affected areas.

Using the same ratio with a carrier oil apply in a clockwise motion on the abdomen to help during digestive upset.

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

Smells better than I expected

I am unusual and really dislike the smell and taste of black pepper in my food. I bought this oil anyway because I've read so much about it's many uses. It smells so much nicer than I expected! It doesn't smell anything like the pepper on the dinner table. It's kind of a mild earthy scent.

Unexpected, but pleasant, scent

I bought this during the July 'sale' as a special treat to myself (most of what I purchased was to replace low bottles). I read reviews on Amazon and thought I should give it a try; I also wanted to try to make my own Invigor-Aid blend with the other two necessary oils. I opened this and was pleasantly surprised! It really doesn't smell like black pepper at all. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I think it's first two uses will be in an uplifting diffusing blend and then in a muscle rub blend.

Very Nice

This oil works well for me when I have am upset stomach, I mix it with the ginger root oil that I got from the oil of the month club. I think the black pepper helps everything absorb faster into the system, plus it adds to the sent of the ginger.
