Organic Black Pepper Product Sheet

Organic Black Pepper has a dry, fresh, woodsy scent with a hint of floral. This warm, mild scent will remind you of fresh, ground peppercorns. The scent can be strong on its own, but can be toned down by adding it to a blend or diffusing with other oils it blends well with such as Bergamot, Frankincense, and Rosemary. Organic Black Pepper is a favorite to use on aching joints or muscles after exercise or from normal wear and tear. It is another oil that works well when digestive upset such as queasiness, bloating, or discomfort arise.
Dilute using a 3-5% ratio with your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil to create a massage blend for aching joints and muscles. Apply topically in circular motions on the affected areas.

Using the same ratio with a carrier oil apply in a clockwise motion on the abdomen to help during digestive upset.

The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

5.0 5  Wow

I had this oil for roughly a year before I used it; I bought it initially because it\'s a strong analgesic for sore muscles. My friend came over one day after rock climbing and, she started telling me how sore her forearms were; so, I told her about Black Pepper\'s analgesic properties and I applied it to her forearms with a carrier oil before she left and on her way home she let me know that it was almost INSTANT relief. So, I used it on my calves and forearms the next time I was sore and seriously, nearly instant relief! Black Pepper is amazing for those of you who work out and get sore!

5.0 5  Excellent Tummy Aid!

Black pepper essential oil has many uses but it has a wonderful calming effect on gastrointestinal issues. Diffusing black pepper calms our upset stomachs, and aid our digestion like no other. We had family members who struggled with sick stomachs through the night for many years, but no longer! Mixing with a good carrier oil to rub on upset stomachs is a great therapy as well.

5.0 5  Unexpected, but pleasant, scent

I bought this during the July 'sale' as a special treat to myself (most of what I purchased was to replace low bottles). I read reviews on Amazon and thought I should give it a try; I also wanted to try to make my own Invigor-Aid blend with the other two necessary oils. I opened this and was pleasantly surprised! It really doesn't smell like black pepper at all. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I think it's first two uses will be in an uplifting diffusing blend and then in a muscle rub blend.
