Vanilla Oleoresin Product Sheet (1)

Vanilla Oleoresin is well known for its warm, inviting scent and is often used in sensual blends. When added to a carrier oil, it can help reduce nervous tension and agitation, and promote relaxation before sleep. Its rich, comforting, familiar aroma makes a wonderful addition to many DIY aromatherapy products.

To learn more about our Vanilla Oleoresin's uses and benefits, check out our Vanilla Oleoresin essential oil spotlight blog post.
Vanilla Oleoresin does not mix completely in a carrier oil. To blend completely, dilute to 1-2% in your favorite body lotion or cream.

Vanilla Oleoresin can be added to a carrier oil, but speckles of the Oleoresin will separate from the carrier. This is acceptable if you are making a product like a sugar scrub; some people enjoy the look of the brown speckles in lip balm, for instance.

Diffuse 2 drops of Vanilla Oleoresin with 2 drops of Grapefruit Pink and 1 drop of Sandalwood for an exotic getaway in your own living room.

For an uplifting bath experience, add 3 drops of Vanilla Oleoresin and 3 drops of Orange Sweet Essential Oil to 2 teaspoons of vodka and add to your bathtub.

5.0 5  Vanilla

This is awesome! Pretty much just like the really good real vanilla extract you would purchase in the store but less expensive. I put a dab on my finger to taste and YUP! It’s vanilla! Didn’t diffuse very well but if I can use it to cook/bake with, I’m ok with that. Also, I plan to research and see if there is a better way to diffuse.

5.0 5  Buy it!

I love vanilla...but real vanilla only. I can smell the fake stuff a mile away. So I was worried that I wouldn't like this...and worried more since it's more expensive. But, it's lovely and perfect!! Buy it if you like real vanilla, you won't be disappointed.

5.0 5  Perfect vanilla!

I am new to diffusing oils. After purchasing terrible oils from a different vendor, I reached out to friends and did a little research. PT oils were top of the list! The vanilla is amazing! It smells like a very expensive vanilla extract that I use for baking. My house smells like someone is baking cookies when I diffuse this vanilla and it’s wonderful. It’s a bit thicker than my other PT oils, but that is ok. Highly recommend this oil to those who love the smell of vanilla and/or fresh baked goodies.
