Product Details

Aromatic Scent:

A fresh, clean cottage garden blooming with a floral and herbal bouquet.

Tame The Pain eases occasional soreness from muscle or joint overuse that can occur with active children. Tame The Pain is as effective as Pain-Aid (one of our most popular synergies) but is safer for young children.
Dilute Tame The Pain to a 3-5% and apply to affected area using your favorite carrier oil. Add 3-5 drops to 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and add to a warm, relaxing bath to help soothe that slide into second base or that 4 hour gymnastics meet.
Specifically formulated for children ages 2-10. This synergy contains 100% pure, undiluted essential oils of Citronella, Rosalina, Palmarosa, Pepper Black, Lavender, Fir Needle, Geranium Bourbon and Geranium Egyptian.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

Tame the Pain

Wow i just got my first real order from Plant therapy and it has Tame the Pain (TTP) and GoGoGo. I bought the kid safe version because I am a mother of 3 so I wanted something safe to use with my kidsalways around. I am totally impressed! I have arthritis and my knees hurt because im always on my feet. This morning I was driving to work and my knee was aching so bad! I remembered I made a roller with Tame the Pain dilluted in hemp oil and a small part evening primrose oil. Omg it works wonders for my knees!!! I just wish I would have discovered plant therapy before. I saved up money and bought about $300 in oils from Edens Garden and I wish I could have gotten Plant Therapy!!!

Relieved shoulder pain

I have calcium deposits in both of my shoulders. When they rupture the pain can be be severe, resulting in limited-to-no mobility of my arm. I have previously had to have cortisone shots to bring the inflammation down. When my shoulder started hurting this last time like it usually does I started alternating Tame the Pain and arnica right away. I am so happy to say the pain went away after a few days and I didn't need a cortisone shot this time! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the citronella is pretty strong. But it worked so I can't complain.

Helps with broken bones!

I broke my clavical in an accident and was still breastfeeding so I did not want to to take any of the prescription pain killers. I had Tame The Pain on hand because I have an older kiddo, too. I figured I had nothing to lose and honestly did not think it could even touch that level of pain...but, to my surprise, it worked beautifully! Even after surgery to repair the break with a metal plate and 8 screws....Tame The Pain was my go-to pain relief. It is still hard to believe an essential oil blend could work that kind of magic. I am so very grateful for Plant Therapy for providing such an amazing blend that took away the pain so I didn't have to worry about weaning my kiddo on top of everything else that was going on!

I love using this with epsom salt for my 11yo.He typically asks for this when his legs hurt from running too many bases while playing baseball :) Works great for him.

It does remind me of bug repellent as the first oil is citronella but it worked wonderfully. The weather was changing and my wrists were bothering me so I rubbed it into just my right to see how it would work and it took away the pain and fairly quickly too. I'm excited to use this on my son versus medicating him when he has an overly active day and his knees ache.
