A slightly sweet scent of warmly spiced winter fruit.
Sweet Dreams can help soothe the emotions and promote a good night’s rest. Differing from Nighty Night, Sweet Dreams is specific for helping soothe the mind so there are no more bad dreams or night monsters.
Apply topically to your child’s chest or back of neck about 30 minutes before bedtime at a 2-4% dilution using your favorite carrier oil. And/or add 3 drops to 1/2 cup of Epsom salt and add to a warm, nighttime bath. You can also diffuse this synergy during the night. We recommend diffusing 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off if diffusing all night.
Specifically formulated for children ages 2-10. This synergy contains 100% pure, undiluted essential oils of Orange, Juniper, Coriander, Tansy (Blue) and Rose absolute.

My 2.5 year old has always been a terrible sleeper. We did everything you were supposed to do when putting a child to bed yet it would take him forever to go to sleep then he'd wake up a couple times a night, it was a nightmare especially since I was pregnant and knew that I would soon have a newborn to be up with in the middle of the night as well so I started experimenting with different types of oils as a last ditch effort to get him to sleep. After using a different brand, this company was recommended to me. I tried Calming The Child and Nighty Night before I stumbled upon this one. My winning combination has been diluting Nighty Night and rubbing it on his chest a feet about an hour before bedtime, then diffusing Sweet Dreams while he sleeps and it'a been working great. For the past couple of weeks, he has only woken up a few times and one of those times was because the Difuser stopped working in the middle of the night. I'm hoping this isn't a fluke but so far these oils have been nothing short of amazing. My only complaint with Sweet Dreams is that it smells like pee after a few hours of diffusing but if it helps him sleep, I'm ok with that :)

This smells good when you open the bottle. However walk into the room after diffusing it for a while and it smells like pee!!! I was honestly looking for a pee spot in my kids room because I would have sworn he peed the bed or something. Then I realized it was this oil!!

This makes my boy wake up all night long. Every time I use it he struggles, I always blamed something else...but EVERY single time...he wakes almost every hour with this....I like the smell though...so I just diffuse it during the day and it doesn't seem to affect my kiddos. Also...I can't diffuse it for myself at night or I have the most BIZARRE dreams...

I bought this for my kids to use at night to help them sleep. I decided to try it on myself, since I can have very vivid, violent dreams. Surprisingly, it really worked on me! I will not let myself run out of this synergy. Love it!
