Cautions:

To avoid possible adverse skin reactions, we recommend a maximum dilution of 1.7% for topical applications.

Spearmint is a wonderful child safe oil from the same family as peppermint. When diluted in carrier and applied to the abdomen, it can help relieve a queasy stomach and bloating. When diffused, Spearmint is uplifting, reduces emotional agitation, improves concentration, and eases physical tension in the head and neck.
To help energize the body and mind, add 4 drops of Spearmint Essential Oil to an ounce of bubble bath. Add this mix to 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and swirl into a lovely warm bath. To relieve a queasy stomach and bloating, add 2 drops of Spearmint Essential Oil and 1 drop of Coriander Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to the abdomen. Spearmint can also be added to a personal aromatherapy inhaler to ease a queasy stomach.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

Smells great! I bought this to add to the Tummy All Better synergy to cover up the dill smell, and it worked wonders.

5.0 5  Wonderful

I had always been told to use peppermint for migraines but it never seemed to work. After buying Candy Cane, I loved the added spearmint and began using that for migraines and it seems to help! I love mixng this with a few drops of Fir Needle for a winter wonderland vibe.

3.0 5  Too sweet... smells more like candy than mint.

I'm a little disappointed in his oil. Some people might like it more, because it smells more sweet than minty, but I like the smell of mint and this is lacking. Even my mom said "it smells like really sweet spearmint gum". I thought I would love it, and I was very excited to find a mint oil that was kid safe, but I shouldn't have purchased the 30ml bottle.
