Rosemary 1,8-Cineole is stimulating, warming and refreshing and can be used to help boost memory retention and staying alert. It has many skin care applications, including adding to a shampoo to aid in maintaining a healthy scalp and lustrous hair. When diffused, Rosemary can also be helpful as a respiratory support oil.

Like most spice and herb oils, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole is helpful in aiding occasional digestive upset. Rosemary 1,8-Cineole is also beneficial in massage blends, increasing circulation and warmth to the skin and underlying muscles.

To help with occasional digestive upset, add Rosemary 1,8-Cineole to your favorite carrier oil and rub in a clockwise fashion over the abdomen. Before a big test in school (for teens and adult students) make an inhaler with equal part Rosemary 1,8-Cineole and Lemon. Sniff the inhaler frequently while studying; then just before the test, sniff again several times. When combined with Black Pepper, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole can also increase skin circulation which can be useful in warming massage blends.
The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. All cautions listed for individual oils do not include those cautions from ingestion.

Dog Shampoo

I love this oil. Just about to run out. It is awesome in my homemade dog shampoo. She smells clean, never like stinky wet dog even when she comes in from the rain. I will never buy store bought dog shampoo again!

Excellent oil!

The rosemary truly smells strong. I tried oils from other brands. The smell is rather weak. This truly makes me feel more alert and I tackled a few chapters in my textbook without losing focus!

Perfect for cold season

This oil is wonderful to use, especially during cold and flu season. Whether it's to apply to my body mixed with just a carrier oil, or to use in other recipes, the fragrance is nice and the benefits are great.

Smells Great

I needed a new scent to diffuse in our house so I chose this rosemary oil. It smells great and leaves the house smelling clean - also eliminates odors in the air from food and pets.

Protecting my neurons

I am using the Rosemary with Lavender in an inhaler. Using the cupping/inhaling method is suppose to help with protecting neurons and I need all the help I can get after being exposed to dangerous molds. I've just received this oil so I have no results but the Rosemary along with the other oils I've bought smell really fresh and I just love using them!!!
