Can I use this and any other organic essential oil in homemade lip balm?: Yes, please remember Since lips are such a sensitive part of the body, proper dilution of any essential oil is crucial when making a lip balm. Typically, a 0.5-1% dilution rate is enough to produce results while still being safe to use on your lips. In the case of using Rosemary I would not recommend going over .5%
