"I am not sure if it works or not. Not sure how you can exactly tell. But all the ladies at my bible study got sick around the same time and I am the only one that did not. I have been using this oil regularly for the past few weeks, so many people have been sick (at the market, at school, at church, work, etc) so I think it helps but who knows I might not have gotten sick anyways. (shrug) but I'm giving create to the oil boosting my immune response. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars was because i usually keep my diffuser by my beside but I noticed when I was using this oil it gave me a nasty headache.
