How to Use

Keep Big Sur on hand to help soothe worry and clear the mind. Add a few drops to your aromatherapy inhaler or jewelry to have throughout the day. Due to the crisp conifer oils in this blend, it has the additional benefit of respiratory support. Try diluting it in a carrier oil and rubbing it onto your chest and neck to help with stuffy noses and congestion.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
